Outdoor Meditation Session
Meditation is a core part of spiritual practice and some form of it is highlighted in nearly every spiritual tradition. I will show you techniques to calm the mind and come into the present moment, from where we can tune into universal consciousness. The sessions will be conducted outdoors in central London, if weather allows. £45 for a one hour session. I am keen to encourage everyone to meditate and have tried to keep these sessions affordable for everyone.
